A global leader in pool products spanning 12 countries and 6000 staff members globally is looking for a new 2IC to support the warehouse manager. With 6 locations in Australia they have grown to have 80 employees locally. They are a one stop shop for both pool and spa equipment.
The Position
- Picking Orders
- 2IC – Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receipting, storing, and dispatching of stock
- Ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing stock
- Oversee inventory management processes
- Collaborate with other internal departments to prioritise customer orders in a timely manner
- Train and develop warehouse personnel, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols
- Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
- Starting casual and moving to perm after 3 months
- Start date 16/9/24
The successful candidate Must have:
- LF Ticket
- High reach and counterbalance forklift experience
- Previous experience managing a team in a warehouse environment in a 2IC or Team Leader capacity
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Experiencing using RF scanners and assigning pick runs
- Demonstrated capability to accomplish results through others
- A role model who is credible with a high degree of integrity
- Capacity to lift stock up to 20kg
- Strong safety awareness
- Be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen

Hourly Rate for casual $35-40 p/hr pending experience
